Together, we define the profile, responsibilities and terms of the collaboration. I support the recruitment process and provide scientific supervision throughout the project.

Considering Recruiting a PhD Candidate through the French CIFRE Program?

The CIFRE program (Industrial Agreements for Training through Research) enables organizations established in France to recruit a PhD candidate for three years to conduct a research project addressing both organizational challenges and an academic research question. International candidates are eligible, with no nationality restriction.

The organization receives €14,000 per year in public funding for three years, while the PhD candidate conducts their research jointly within the organization and a French academic research laboratory. International academic collaboration is also possible through joint supervision or a cotutelle arrangement. The program provides a structured way to embed scientific expertise within your organization while generating research directly relevant to your activities.
